I have a home in pee dee area of South Carolina that I've been trying to wholesale since, mid Dec, although this is my first deal, it is a little different since Im doing it for a close relative of mine, (and they are patient with me and trust that i'm trying to sell for them.) The area the property is in is not a hot zone for investors to pay for and no wholesalers i know currently do business there.  (breakup/split situation) I'm just stuck honestly. anyone else in SC or close to florence, marion, dillon area ? thanks  maybe something is off on my side.
