I have a home in pee dee area of South Carolina that I've been trying to wholesale since, mid Dec, although this is my first deal, it is a little different since Im doing it for a close relative of mine, (and they are patient with me and trust that i'm trying to sell for them.) The area the property is in is not a hot zone for investors to pay for and no wholesalers i know currently do business there.  (breakup/split situation) I'm just stuck honestly. anyone else in SC or close to florence, marion, dillon area ? thanks  maybe something is off on my side.

So, you have been attempting to wholesale a property in SC from NY since December and your relative is being patient? If they need to see, why is this their best option? What buyer contacts do you have in their little area of SC? Why don't they just put the house on the market with a local real estate agent and get the most that they can?

I think what's off is you are trying to long-distance wholesale a deal, for family, with no buyers and no experience. What are you doing to try to find them buyers and what is your background in real estate, transactions, or wholesaling out of state?
