Buying Short Term Rentals under an LLC
How are you all buying rental properties under an LLC? Are you buying it individually then finding a lender who will transfer the mortgage to your LLC? Are you buying under the LLC and taking the higher interest rate because the LLC doesn't have as good of a credit history as your personal?
I currently have 2 properties, neither of which are under my LLC but I'm looking to see how y'all handle this before I get to far into my portfolio. Any information and tips/tricks y'all have used would be awesome.
