Kansas City 4plex Numbers

Hello Everyone!

This is my first post here on BP. I'm excited to get started and learn as much as possible.

I'm looking to buy a fourplex in the Kansas City metro through house hacking. I'm curious on what sort of cash flow, COC ROI, & where on the 1% rule anyone around this area finds themselves vs what an amazing deal is. More for comparitive measures to gauge what I'm finding.

Thank you for any insight/advice!

- Connor

@Connor Lutz It varies based on your cost metrics and management. House hacking a fourplex is an excellent idea and something I wish I would have done in my early twenties. Let me know what areas you are looking at and I would be happy to help.
