Investor Leaving Residential, Looking at Commercial. Send help!

Hi, 

I live in Central New Jersey - I've invested in residential for a few years now, primarily fix and flip and I'd like to move into commercial: retail, mixed use, etc. I'm looking for a good commercial investor who I could potentially be a deal finder for or a commercial realtor who has the patience for a new person in the space. Been learning all I can over the last few months but haven't pulled the trigger yet. Any assistance (and advice) would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance!
