Be your own real estate agent?
We are new to the real estate investing game, however it is something that has been talked about for a long time and we finally decided to make the leap.
I, Melissa, have tossed around the idea of getting my real estate license off and on for several years. The idea very recently came back up while discussing future plans of investing. Wondering if having a real estate license would be beneficial to our investing endeavors? The idea would be for my license to be used for personal investing and not for anything outside of that.
Does anyone have any input on this? Pros? Cons? Does it even really matter?
Thanks!!!
Melissa & Dakota
