Wholesaling in Bridgeport Ct

Hello all! I'm new to real estate investing and I currently live in Bpt. Ct. I'm interested in wholesaling here but I'm not sure how to research the market. Are any of you investing here? What's the market like? Where can I get that kind of info from? Is Bpt are good place to start investing for beginners like me? I've been trying to learn everything there is to learn and network with others to get the info I need. I've signed up for CTREIA, obviously biggerpockets and myhousedeals.com.... anyone have any experience with myhousedeals?... Anyway I'm just not sure where to start wholesaling. Would I need to set up an LLC? I have so many questions (lol) but I'm really looking to network and learn about wholesaling so each and every reply would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
