Raw Foreclosed Land- How to obtain?

Hi, I’m 22 and new to this group. However, I’m not finding a lot of information on how to obtain raw foreclosed land. What steps do I take? Can I reach out to the bank personally or do I have to have a buyer’s agent? Cons to buying this sort of real estate?
