Best way to Refi an investment property under 70K

Hello everyone...

I just opened a company LLC ... haven't purchased a property yet ... but doing all the research... want to know the best way to get refinancing... for an investment property..

If I buy the property and renovate it ... how would I get that equity out ... and should I buy it on my LLC or personal... in regards to the refinancing.. ?
