What resources are useful for learning how to analyze deals.

Hello all, I am wanting to find resources that help rookie investors learn what the different financial terms and formulas for analyzing deals.

The BP calculators are great, but I also want to understand the steps and reasons for why some things are used and others not needed depending on the type of deal.
