Question - "Subject to" from verbal to contract

Hi community! I'm new to this kind of real estate deals and wanted to know what I would need to lock down a verbal commitment, on say a subject to deal, to contract. Would i just need a simple P&S with the correct language?

Thank you for any and all help, advice, opinions ahead of time!
