I want to start wholeselling and after a months long analysis paralysis I've finally decided to go out and start driving for dollars in my city in Chula Vista California. I've search for any red flags I can find, bad roofs, overgrown grass, and messed up windows. So far I've only manage to list 23 houses that match these descriptions. This is where I hit a road block. I at least want to research these addresses bu I don's know where to start. I'll gladly take any advice and in the mean time I might as well keep searching.

@Alejandro Ochoa what exactly are you trying to research about them, the county and public records are usually a good place to start, for example most people who bought their house a month ago aren't interested in selling.
