Real estate investing at 19??
Hey, so what if I have the money to invest in my first property but do not have 2 years worth of consecutive income tax to qualify for a loan. How do I find a real estate partner if I had to ? I know I have to network but I know building trust is essential as well
Please help , I'm thinking of starting soon but feel like now i have to wait to qualify for a loan.
