FHA and FHA 203k Loans without a Job?

Quick overview of my situation.

I’m 19 years old, I have about $8,000 - $9,000 that’s accessible from savings that I earned from previous jobs and investments.

Parents want me out of the house.

I have no current job.

I’m looking at becoming a carpenter apprentice to go hand and hand with real estate.

So my question is, can I take out a FHA and/or FHA 203k loan without a JOB?

I also have no problem with asking people for private loans from there IRA's or private investing accounts.

I just want to check this option out first.

Any thoughts, suggestions and concerns are appreciated thanks!!
