I’m new and need some advice.
Hey guys, I’m new to this. My wife and I purchased our first home last year. We are now at a place in our life where we don’t have gobs off disposable income but we certainly have more than enough to meet our needs. We want to invest some of our money into real estate, but of course don’t want to totally use up what savings we do have. I keep hearing about all kinds of ways to purchase rental properties with little to no money down. Can anyone please point us in the direction of a good step by step resource to learn how to do that? Thanks in advance!!!!
