What are the best things I can do as a 17 year old

I turn 18 in April and I want to start investing in real estate. I only have $1000 in my bank account but I’m starting a lawn care business to hopefully make a good amount of money before I turn 18. I have also started to build up my credit by co-signing a credit card with my Dad. I also started studying to get my real estate license but mostly just so I can learn all the different terms and how everything works. I still have a lot of questions about things like how I can build my credit quickly to apply for a loan and just some tips to help me get started. Thank you
