Hey BP,

I’m in the process of closing a duplex currently in the Portsmouth area. One side was renovated last year and the other hasn’t been touched for a long time. Both sides are currently rented and it will be cash flowing well. Plan is to not renew the lease with the side that needs work. It will be my first deal and I’m hoping to gain the experience of rehabbing while the other door of the duplex covers all the other expenses. 

 If anyone has a solid contractor that they could recommend, I would really appreciate it!

Hi Joseph,  Congrats on the duplex!! How much work is needed?  I know a few General Contractors and also some Handymen depending on the extent of work that you need.  Feel free to message me any time.
