Investing in Real Estate exactly at the Wrong time:)

Sometimes I Hate When I am Right Wow just how I mentioned just a few days ago, about easing back in Investing in Property of any kind until the opportunity presents it self. The world's economy is so over valued that you don't have to be a financial guru to understand that property prices will soon go down the toilet buying low and selling high later. This reminds me of the Stock Market idiots saying "Buy on the Dips" only to get slaughtered as they did today. So be my guess and invest in Real Estate of any kind at these ridiculous over inflated prices and lose your *** doing it. I watched a genius yesterday on the Bigger Pockets Podcast show yesterday and he said he invests in higher end properties regardless of any cash flow whatsoever because he counting on the appreciation of those high end properties with the Housing Prices of today what a total idiot. He as well as many other so called Real Estate investors give intelligent Real Estate Investors a "Bad Name" We are in such a exciting transitional time in our history and anyone that can understand what is going on with Economic Cycles will be laughing all the way to the bank. That's right it stands to reason why it helps to look at the larger picture and perform a analysis on the economy and the understanding the economics is is just a guessing game believe me I study economics Wharton School of Business:)

So, what you just said was this.  When you buy, whenever you buy, Buy right.  How is that different than any other time?
