Should I Tell My Tenets I Own the Home At Age 19?
Hello
Im purchasing my first property I'm not sure if a should tell my tenets that I own the property because they may not like the idea of paying someone younger then them, kind of like having a boss that's younger then yourself. Or maybe tell them that I am the property manager at that place in return for reduced rent or something like that. I would love to hear your ideas and opinions on the situation.

Just tell them you are the property manager and keep it moving. Never tell tenants you are the owner that's when they start asking for favors
