What are some of the best markets for the BRRR method?
Where I live in western Washington, it’s damn near impossible to find a house you could rent for close to the one percent rule. They are out there but most of them are going to be bought through an auction. Auctions seem so speculative to me. I know there are some great markets out there in the good ol’ US of A. Could someone point me in the right direction?
