How to find Partnership for future deals
Hey BP Fam! I've been trying to wrap my head around some things still fairly new to REI. How do you go about finding partners ? I was listening to BP podcast hearing Brandon talk about not having some money for deals was very interesting to me . He talked about finding deals and having a partner putting the cash down. My question is should I find partners for a second deal? Also if I don't have liquid cash would Grade A credit be just as good for forming some type of partnership down the line? Any advice would be helpful!
