This place is awesome!!! I wish I discovered BP years ago.

So I’m local to Los Angeles and work in law enforcement full time. I also serve in the Marine Corps reserves and currently pursuing my MBA @ Pepperdine University. I recently sold my first property which became an accidental rental. I now intend on using the gains to purchase another rental property (in any state) and also put some money into our current house - like a “live in flip.” Looking to connect with like minded individuals, both locally and abroad, to grow and learn with, to challenge and encourage....and possibly work together to analyze and finalize on some solid deals!
