First time deal with a private lender
Hi All,
I have been educating myself for months on the various ways to invest in real estate and feel like its finally time to jump in. Enough with the analysis paralysis. I have some money saved up but have family and friends I believe would be an option as well for private lending.
Just having listened to Real Estate Rookies, I also do not want to come off as if I am begging for money for my first deal or if that would even be a good idea?
I guess I was curious if anyone else has been through the same situation and if you might be able to provide some advice or any steps you took with the process?
Thanks!
