How can I provide more value for Realtor Partners?

I am very serious about creating success in real estate but I'm not the guy who's going to get my license. I want to one day be a big lender, funding deals and pursuing my career in music / speaking. However, I want to provide value for my realtor partners and I'm looking for creative ways to do so. 

I've got a growing following on all platforms I can get on, and I'm getting out to public meetups, events, etc. as often as I can. I am wondering what advice you good folks have on how I can be more resourceful. 

If you're a realtor, please share what you're looking for that you don't yet have or any other ideas on what I could do rather than just sharing posts and promoting houses they have for sale.
