Newbie Update Cobb County, Ga

Alright, y'all! Newbie Update! I have finally reached "Onederland"; that is, my first 100 analyzed deals! I did all of them by Driving 4 Dollars, so I can get up and personal with the search. I'm so excited and feel super duper pumped to move onto the next step and land my first great deal! When I was telling my family and friends how excited I was, they looked at me like I was Olaf singing about his love for summer. LOL I know it won't be done completely perfect, but hey, at least it will be done, right? So I am planning on executing this awesomeness by snagging a SF or Duplex and utilizing the BRRRR method with funding from a HML. Within that time, I will look to raise my credit a little higher so I can be "super-sessy" to the banks when I refinance. While thoroughly scoping the Kennesaw and Marietta, Georgia area, I found 3 really good deals; which is 3 more than I found sitting on the couch listening to BP Podcast! Nonetheless, I'm still worried about jumping in this REI world alone. How did you guys overcome getting to and through your first deal without prior real estate experience? Have any of you used partnerships on your first deal? Excited to hear your stories and advice! Have an amazing day!
