Hard Money lending for beginners

Hey BP family!

I am brand new to Real estate investing, actively on the hunt with deals in the pipeline, and looking to start flipping in the near future. My goal is to grow and build capitol of my own using flips, then transition into buy and hold. I have been doing research and due dilligence on the topic, reading the forums, and listening to podcasts. I've found a lot of information but I'm still not exactly sure where to start. I would like to contact with some hard money lenders but feel I may miss something, or important points, due to my lack of experneice.

What questions should I ask hard money lenders?

What is important to cover in this conversation?

Thank you so much for any insight!

Steph
