What are the next steps after both seller & buyer signed the purchase agreement? I've already emailed this doc to the bank loan officer to get the loan & the local inspector to get me an inspection report. I'm currently in the process of organizing all my financial docs to email to the bank. Does closing really take 30 days total and how do I make the process faster? Is this too early to send contractors to get bids?
