List of established Syndicators for Canadians

I have been skimmed through several posts that compare Syndicated Projects vs SFHs and I see and appreciate the benefits. The SEC is especially the Investors friend for these securitized products. I already have 5 doors and it just seems like a logical next step to explore MFR or commercial projects.

I am researching syndicators with well established track record especially for Canadian investors. Its OK if the opportunities are in Canada or US till the time they can work with Canadian Investors and if possible Canadian Small Corps.

My challenge for now is to locate good companies that do this and are in synch with my goals and values. I would greatly appreciate if the more experienced investors can provide any pointers to get me started.
