Any advice on vetting wholesalers?
Hi BP,
Fairly new here and looking to get into BRRRR and occasional flips. Looking at wholesalers as a possible source of deals, but heard too many stories of things being done improperly during the transaction. Can anyone recommend a good way to vet the wholesalers you have never worked with before? I understand that the best way would be to get a referral, but if I want to establish a relationship with someone new, what questions do I ask or what do I look at?
Thanks
