Advanced Flip Calculator total cash invested

Hello everyone,

I just signed up for BP Pro and I have a question about how the total cash invested on the advanced flip calculator is calculated. Below is a screen shot of my figures. It shows $47,499.  I am calculated the amount as $124,480.  I have it calculated as down payment, closing costs, monthly carrying cost, rehab cost.  Am I not looking at this correctly? Any idea on what the total cash invested consists of on the BP advanced flip calcuator? Thank you in advance for the responses.
