I have a wholesale fee question.
Im have a SFH under contract this week just wondering what mindset an investor has when they see a 30k number attached to a wholesale fee? If all their numbers line up; cash flow etc do they just write their check or will they find another deal with more of a spread for themselves? I know their will be negotiation involved.
I’m new to wholesaling so looking for feedback from investors / wholesalers that have experienced this scenario first hand.
