Property Management Software??

I am interested in learning about which Property Management Software you guys feel is most effective. I'm a new landlord only managing 3 units but I do plan to scale up in the next couple months. I'm looking to put the right systems in place now, so the transition won't be difficult as we begin to add more units to our portfolio.
