Hey Everyone, my name is Sean Taylor and I’m making big strides in getting into real estate investing and starting a multi-level business in real estate

Since getting started in real estate investing what has been everyone’s biggest hang up (nightmare story, obscure event, or just a pain in the butt and taking too long) in getting your first house under contract (for wholesaling, flipping, rentals, or commercial means).

I would love to get as many replies as possible and I’m trying to learn the absolute most about everything relating to real estate to avoid as many issues as possible! I look forward to reading and interacting with everyone!!!
