Landlord insurance help

Hi we need some advice on landlord insurance please .We are finally purchasing our investment properties in Georgia. Three separate duplexes which will be considered commercial ,

one commercial loan . So can anybody give me us some advice on insurance ? Why is insurance so much more with using LLC? What recommendation do you all have ?
