About to pull the trigger on a cash deal but the seller is pushing for no due diligence period, but seems like they will accept a 3 day.

I know the property is in rough shape and will need extensive remodeling. I’m certain I could get a property inspection done in 3 days but what about the title side of DD?

How quickly does a typical title company complete its search?

Anyone have recommendations for title companies here in GA? I’m just south of Atlanta in the McDonough area.
