Job Ideas for Future Investors

I am currently in the process of getting my real estate license and I simply wanted to find a job more closely related to real estate. I am currently working in a mexican restaurant and frankly, that is not propelling me any further or giving me any beneficial skills for becoming an investor. So my question is: What are some good jobs for me to apply for that would give me skills that would give me a leg up in beginning real estate investing? Thank you in advance.
