Buying property and collecting rent
I live in NYC and I know nothing about Real Estate and I’ve come across Bigger Pockets because I’ve read here is where you can get a lot of information from people in the real estate game.
Can someone tell me a good strategy on buying a multi family house or a building and letting the property pay for itself. I know they’re will always be unexpected expenses, for that I have a full time job. What are things that I should know options on loans, closing fees, property taxes, insurance.
