Newbie recommendation request

Hello all,

We are looking for investment properties in Florida to buy and hold(for cashflow). This would be our first investment property and would appreciate any recommendations on real estate agents and wholesalers experienced in these type of properties. So far we have been looking at properties in Central Florida but the realtor I was working with is not willing to negotiate asking prices.

Any advice and recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

@Ivonne Pinedo  For starters, get another Realtor.  This one certainly doesn't have your interests in mind.  Her job is to sell your offer to the seller, not predetermine the worthiness of it.  If you're going to use a Realtor, use a Buyer's Agent.
