Rosemary Beach, Panama City Property

Hi guys,

I’m pretty new to the forum and also new to real estate investing. I’m really looking to start learning how to obtain my first deal and build all the way to finally purchase a home in Rosemary Beach.

My girlfriend used to work at a rental company agency that rented homes in Rosemary Beach to people who came for vacation to enjoy the beach.

I wonder if anyone here in the forum has one of those homes and how much money can you make out of a deal like that cash flow wise?
