I have poor credit, and feel like credit is everything when it comes to investing..

My dad is now working construction, and had ruined his 401k plan before hand. W/ only 25,000 left. Would I t be wise to ask him to invest in me, so that I can life hack finance a multihome deal, to start my rental investment journey to financial freedom.

And if so, what to do if our credit score is poor .-.
