Please Advise.

Got this house under contract after few weeks of negotiations. The contract clearly states that I have 14 days(2 weeks) of inspection and all that.... The seller does not want to allow me put lock box on the door. The house is vacant tho. He said he would rather come around anytime I want to see the property for inspection or "visiting contractors ". After digging deep to know why he won't allow that, he said he had his time wasted by another investor for three weeks and the investor backed out of the deal. The deal at that time was $20000, but now, he has agreed to take $12000 because he is tired of fixing it up. Please advise. Thanks Newbie wholesaler

So you told him straight up you will not be buying his property? Only marketing it? Is he prepared to be let down by another wholesaler? I hope he got a big non-refundable deposit, especially after his last experience.
