Best books/sources for learning about financing l

I am in the stage of self education right now before buying into our first property. Have not quite decided on a traditional flip or BRRRR strategy and this may end up being dependent on the type of first deal we find and pull the trigger on. The part I know least about is the financing of deals. I'm curious if there are any recommendations out there for comprehensive books or other sources to educate myself quickly on options, downfalls and benefits of different types of financing etc.
