Solo 401K and SDIRA

Hi,

Has anyone set up a Solo 401K under a S corp? I already have a S corp. Would like some advice.

My objective is to roll traditional IRA (contributions unrelated to the S corp and held at Chase currently) over to the Solo 401K.

Once done, I would then use S Corp to set up a SDIRA in Charles Schwab or the like and direct the fund for RE investment.
