Books on small business real estate accounting LLCs?
I've established my LLC for buying & holding rental properties. My first property was not under LLC last year and this year I got it transferred to my new LLC via a quit claim deed. Do I need to deposit my rent checks from my personal checking account to my business checking account? What other rules do I need to follow to separate the business expenses from my personal expenses? What accounting books do you recommend on this topic?
