Hey guys and gals,

It has been a whirlwind over the last 6 months of my life. I bought and house hack a duplex, I am building a spec home and the cherry on top is I just sold a $600,000 building contract with another appointment today to finalize a $650,000 building contract. What does that mean for me? Well, I will have enough money when it is all said and done to do a 5% conventional into my next multi-family. Duplex? Maybe. Quad? Maybe. 16 unit? IDEALLY (even though that's a 20% down type of deal :D). I am the youngest person in my family to own any properties and I have guided multiple people in the direction of FI. It feels incredible. I hope you are all having as good of a week that I am!

Justin
