Five questions for investors who kept their full time jobs

Hello BP,

I've been working on my plan to start investing and I've noticed that there's a lot of hype around quitting and going full time into real estate. However, I'm more curious about the perspective of folks who remain at their full time job and invest in their personal time.

1) Why did you decide to keep your regular job? Was it for stability? Do you like what you do? Are there various reasons?

2) What kind of strategy do you prefer as a "part time" real estate investor and why?

3) How much time do you spend on your investments (per week, per month, etc.)? Do you feel that it's a reasonable amount of time or should it ideally be more/less?

4) What do you feel are the advantages to the way that you invest? What do you like about being "part time"

5) Would you go full time if you had the chance? Do you prefer the system that you have now?

Thanks everyone!

Kevin
