Congrats on stepping into the world of real estate investing! Agree with Taylor on joining some local REI groups in Dallas, Try the Meetup app or Eventbrite if you haven't already. You can do something every night if you wanted but might be difficult with kids so start with one a week. :-) A great way to meet like-minded people and potential investor partners.
