BP Calculator Assistance

Are there any BP calculator tutorial videos? I want to practice on the calcs, but realize that there are sections that I do not know how to find or estimate. I know that there are scrollovers that define the different sections, but I am looking for more information than what is offered. Are there any walk through tutorials or anything of the sort that can help guide a newbie to the calculators. Any guidance is appreciated.
