How do I take advantage of relocation for work every 2 years?

I work for a national company who has me to move every 2-3 years and each one will require me to go to a different state. I am interested in using real estate to leverage these required moves and take advantage of my unique opportunity. Does anyone have any thoughts or experiences in this matter? I would love to connect
