Need Help With The Rental Calculator
Hi, I'm new to bigger pockets and I've been practicing analyzing deals with the rental calculator. I would like to buy my first property within the next 90 days using private money. However, when using the calculator I'm struggling with the principle and interest number that it calculates. Sometimes the principal and interest number is really high so it cuts into the cash flow and then I can't tell if it's a good deal or not. Is there a webinar or Utube video that show you how to analyze the numbers when you plan on using a private money lender?? Hope this makes sense.
