How To Get Started in Real Estate Investing - this is intended for people just starting out or considering getting started

A couple of the most common questions people ask about Real Estate Investing are

1. How Do I find a Property to work With

2. How do I finance the project

3. Which do I need an LLC, or a Partnership, or a Corp or an S Corp to get started?

As surprising as it may seem, these are not the most important questions. Here is where you start:

Decide Which Kind of investor you want to be, Single Family Residence (SFR), Commercial, Land, Tax Liens, Passive, (HML) Hard Money Lender, Multi-Family, Notes, Fix & Flip, Buy & Hold, "Subject To", Apartments, Duplexes, Assisted Living, REOs, (Bank Owned), Foreclosures, Short Sales), etc. Decide how much money you have access to, if any & the zip codes, city or state you want to focus on. That will determine the next step. Outline where you want to be in five years. Put it all in writing. Start working your plan.

This is step one. If you found it useful give it a thumbs up. Step two is next
